All payment terms are strictly between workers and employers. TrueWorker does not act as a payment processor or guarantor of wages. Payments should be handled through the app’s built-in system or by mutual agreement, but any compensation is paid by the employer directly to the worker. TrueWorker makes no guarantee of payment. As one gig-service warning states, it “does not guarantee… client payment behavior”. If an employer fails to pay for completed work, the worker has no claim against TrueWorker. In short, each party assumes the risk of non-payment or disputes. Users should resolve payment issues on their own. Unless TrueWorkerexplicitly agrees in writing otherwise, TrueWorker is not liable for any unpaid fees or financial disputes between users.
